For 25+ years, I softened my faith professionally. Stayed neutral. Made myself palatable. It was identity torture--straddling two worlds, never fully belonging to either--convinced that success required it.
Then on Day 2 of my 2026 Lenten journey, I met the Woman at the Well in John 4. And something in me woke up.
Not at some mountaintop retreat. Not in a "perfect" spiritual moment. Right there at 5:48am in my bedroom—halfway between "This is too early" and "My first patient is in 2.5 hours"—coffee getting cold, my soul absolutely parched.
And Jesus looked at me the same way He looked at her:
"You don't need their permission, Mavis. You never did."
So I stopped asking for it.
Now I'm a Catholic speaker inviting high-performing midlife women back to the well—where your faith and your calling aren't two separate lives anymore. Where compromise isn't even on the table.

Who do you work with?
I empower high-performing Catholic women who feel like they're living two separate lives—one at work, one at church—and are exhausted from the split. If you're a high-performing woman of Catholic faith who's done "all the things" but still feels spiritually distant from Jesus—let's talk.
What coaching programs do you offer?
I offer one core program: The Woman at the Well Journey—a 6-month cohort experience for women ready to integrate faith and calling. In my experience, once you complete this journey, something profound shifts. Women often experience a spiritual release—that sense of no longer hiding. There's clarity in who they are, an excitement to learn more, go deeper. This is where Encounter with Jesus comes in—a 12-month pilgrimage for deeper work.
How much does coaching cost?
I believe in transparency. We don't need to get on a call and try to convince you to work with me. This journey is yours. And I’m honored to be your guide—just as each of the disciples were guides, exercising and living out Truth #7 of my framework: Go out and make disciples, impacting lives one woman at a time. This is a powerful, life changing experience that you are either ALL IN, or still ‘pending’. Either way, I’m excited to embark on this journey with you.

Do I need to be Catholic to work with you?
My work is unapologetically rooted in Catholic theology and spirituality. That said, I welcome women from all Christian traditions who are open to and curious about Catholic spirituality.
